Problem statement
Coding Gurukul checks a learner’s scholarship using their assessment score and attendance percentage. If score is at least 90 AND attendance is at least 80, print FULL. Otherwise, if score is at least 75 AND attendance is at least 70, print PARTIAL. Otherwise print NONE. Check the full scholarship first. For score 90 and attendance 75, the result is PARTIAL.
Input format
Two space-separated integers: score attendance.
Output format
Print FULL, PARTIAL, or NONE.
Constraints
0 ≤ score, attendance ≤ 100
